Bad Sauna
A wood-fired public sauna that sets up at Allegheny RiverTrail Park on River Avenue in Aspinwall, founded in 2023 by Greg Schaffer. Guests move between the wood-burning cabin and a cold plunge, with a strict no-phones rule and a desexualised-space policy posted in the etiquette guide. There is no dress code inside the cabin itself, but public pool attire is required during the summer residency at the park, where the minimum age is 16.
