The Jewish Community Center on Forbes Avenue in Squirrel Hill, whose Centerfit Platinum membership opens adults-only spa-style locker rooms with a sauna, steam room and whirlpool, recently upgraded with a new cold plunge and showers. The building also holds a 25-yard competition pool and a training pool, plus group exercise, yoga and spinning classes. Access is by membership rather than a day pass.
