Kría fargufa is a small mobile sauna parked by the pier at Gufunes in north-east Reykjavík, modelled on Finnish sauna bathing but in swimwear. The dry sauna runs at about 75–95°C and seats six; guests cool off outdoors or in the sea and can change at the neighbouring Katla sea-bathing facility. Hour-long public sessions run every day except Monday at varying times, and the whole sauna can be booked privately for 24,300 ISK. There are no guided Aufguss sessions.

Litla Sauna Húsið is a small seaside sauna on Kársnes in Kópavogur, looking out over Reykjavík and the Atlantic, founded in autumn 2024. Its sessions are gusur led by trained gusumeistarar who control heat and humidity, use essential oils and fan hot air through the room. A place in a public session costs 5,500 ISK, with 5-, 10- and 20-visit cards; private group sessions can be arranged, and some sessions run at Vífilsstaðavatn.
