Hellasgården Bastu
Hellasgården is an outdoor recreation centre in the Nacka nature reserve whose public sauna sits beside Källtorpssjön, with lake bathing all year. Separate women's and men's sauna sections take up to 22 people each, with mixed sessions on some days, aufguss on Wednesday evenings and quiet evenings on Thursdays. Visits last up to 90 minutes and cost from 110 SEK on weekday daytimes. The renovated sauna can also be hired privately outside opening hours.
STHLM Sauna Vinterviken
STHLM Sauna Vinterviken is a member-run, wood-fired sauna in the Vinterviken bay in Aspudden, opened in 2022 and looked after by its members. Non-members can book the limited guest places at open sessions: Yoga & Sauna on Mondays 11–13, a regular session on Wednesdays 17–19 and aufguss on Friday and Sunday mornings 07–09, from 105 SEK per session. The sauna holds ten, sessions last two hours, and swimwear is required.
The Sacred Sauna
The Sacred Sauna runs guided 60-minute Sacred Sessions that combine aufguss heat, cold plunges, breathwork, essential oils and music, plus unguided Open Sauna slots. Its main site in the Slakthusområdet in Johanneshov has a 28-person ritual sauna and an 8-person small sauna; a second site at Mood on Mäster Samuelsgatan in the city has a 20-person ritual sauna. A single guided session is 349 SEK and Open Sauna 250 SEK. Slakthuset is open daily 07–22.
