Sturebadet
Sturebadet is a historic bathhouse inside the Sturegallerian arcade in Östermalm. Its Turkish Bath floor has a shared steam sauna and dry sauna with a cold pool, used for its sauna and cold-bath ritual, and each changing room has its own steam and dry sauna. There is also a 14-metre pool at 29°C, a 38°C jet bath, a lavender aroma room, relaxation rooms and two gyms. Day visits come as the Sturebadsdag package or with a booked treatment. Age limit 18.
Vana Spa Saltsjöqvarn
Vana Spa Saltsjöqvarn is the spa of Elite Hotel Marina Tower on the Nacka waterfront, the former Sturebadet Marina Tower. It has a traditional Turkish hammam with steam bath and experience shower, a dry sauna, an infrared sauna, a relaxing pool and a cold plunge, alongside a members' gym. A spa entry gives three hours of access to all the facilities, with towel, bathrobe and slippers to borrow; swimwear can be bought on site.
