Element Outdoor Sauna is a private rooftop sauna and ice bath on the Danforth, run by a Certified Thermalist who guides every session. A dry barrel sauna imported from Finland is paired with a chemical-free Morozko ice bath dosed with Epsom salts. Sessions are booked for one to three people and run 50 to 75 minutes, from $53 plus tax for one guest. It is open year round, outdoors, in every season.

Inward is a small wellness studio in a converted three-car garage on Delaware Avenue North, with a private sauna, an ice bath and a tea lounge. A Circuit session gives 60 minutes of access to all three, in social sessions of up to four people or in solo bookings during designated private hours. Drop-in is $50 and a solo session $85. The studio is open daily from noon to 8pm and asks new visitors to complete an orientation first.
