Body Blitz Spa is a women-only therapeutic waters spa on King Street East, built around the European tradition of taking the waters. Its circuit runs a Dead Sea salt pool, an Epsom salt pool, a cold plunge pool, a eucalyptus steam room and an infrared sauna. All guests must wear a bathing suit bottom in the pool area, though a top is optional. The circuit is walk-in only, with no reservations taken, and the spa is closed on Mondays.
