Analog Sauna runs saunagus in Nordhavn with a view out over the sea, built around the idea of a non-digital activity for body and mind. Sessions combine guided heat and essential oils with dips in two filtered, chilled cold-water tubs and three cold showers, and there are six changing rooms. A single ticket costs 180 kr, with clip cards and monthly subscriptions, and the sauna can be booked for private events.

Butchers Heat runs a stationary sauna right by the water on Margretheholm harbour near Refshaleøen, open daily to members and with open saunagus sessions several times a week that anyone can book, plus drop-in spots when not sold out. Sessions use pure essential oils, with a dip in the sea between rounds all year round. It also runs the SaunaTruck, a converted military crew car with a wood-burning stove, which pops up around the city and can be hired.

Hot n' Cold is a year-round sauna club in Nordhavn, in the Utzon building on Kalkbrænderiløbet which it shares with the sailing clubs. It runs guided saunagus sessions of three rounds over 75 minutes, relaxing or uplifting, with essential oils, music and cold buckets between rounds. No membership is needed: a single ticket costs 200 kr, or 1,800 kr a year for members. Open every day 6:30 to 21:30, and the sauna can be reserved for private events.

Hottub Copenhagen is a harbourside spot on Refshaleøen with wood-fired saltwater hot tubs at 40°C and wood-fired Scandinavian panoramic saunas. A place in the large social sauna costs 245 kr, Wednesday to Sunday, and private saunas for up to six people cost 795 to 995 kr per hour. Every booking includes towels, dry bags and use of the cold-water tubs and cold showers, and drinks are brought to the sauna when you ring the bell.

Inipi Amagerstrand is a wellness place on the Øresund shore at Amager Strand, rooted in traditional sweat lodge and saunagus rituals; Inipi is a traditional name for a sweat lodge. La Banchina is a 16-seat harbourside restaurant, café and wine bar on Refshaleøen with one sauna on site. Sessions are private, last 1 hour 45 minutes and cost 800 kr Monday to Thursday or 950 kr Friday to Sunday for up to 8 people, booked in advance; swimwear is optional. There are no showers, only a garden hose for rinsing and cooling. From October to April a drop-in Soup & Sauna Club runs every Sunday.

CopenHot's Little Siberia is an urban garden on Refshaleøen overlooking the old B&W shipyard, with ten fire-heated hot tubs, wood-fired saunas and big cold plunge tubs. Saunas such as the Panoramic Sauna (10 to 12 people, 1,300 DKK per hour) and the Dragon Sauna are booked privately, and guests feed the stove themselves to control the heat. Shared HotDays sessions combine tubs and a sauna for 350 DKK per person. CopenHot is closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Sofiebadet is a bathing and culture house in a bathhouse from 1909 in Christianshavn, run by an association. Its two-hour kurbad (300 kr) includes a sauna, a steam bath with salt scrub, a cold-water bucket and a cold tub, and the domed hammam hosts scrub treatments. Swimwear is compulsory, and Thursday from 16:00 is women only. Saunagus runs on Tuesday evenings (350 kr) from 11 August to 1 May, with a summer break.

Winter Island is a floating platform on Kalvebod Brygge, eight minutes' walk from Copenhagen Central Station, with four saunas for 8 to 10 people and the 30-person Horizon sauna, all with panoramic windows over the water. A place in a shared sauna costs 150 DKK per hour with no membership needed, whole saunas can be hired privately, and saunagus runs in Horizon. Cooling is by cold showers and splash buckets, since swimming from the island is not allowed.
