Øbro-Hallen Kurbad
Øbro-Hallen is a municipal swimming hall in Østerbro whose kurbad (spa bath) has a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, a traditional steam bath and a Roman caldarium, plus a 38°C jet spa pool, heated chairs, a light room and hot-cold foot baths. Tickets cover a two-hour timeslot including the rest of the hall, with its pools and large shared sauna. Changing rooms are separated by gender while the spa area is shared; the minimum age is 15.
DGI Byen Saunahuset
DGI Byen's Saunahuset is an architect-designed sauna house at the Vandkulturhuset swimming centre on Vesterbro, built around a large outdoor sauna with massage stones, aromatic herbs and cold showers. It offers daily access and guided saunagus of 40, 60 or 80 minutes (150, 200 or 250 kr) that include entry to Vandkulturhuset and end with juice and snacks outdoors. Swimwear and a large towel to sit on are compulsory.
