Ni'mat Spa & Massage
Ni'mat Spa & Massage on Vendersgade calls itself Copenhagen's oldest spa, with more than 20 years of massage and wellness. Its Vandtempel (water temple) combines a hot bath, steam bath and sauna with saunagus sessions and quiet rooms, from about 350 kr, and the spa also offers hammam, jacuzzi and massage. Open Monday to Friday 9:00 to 21:00, Saturday 10:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 18:00.
Sofiebadet
Sofiebadet is a bathing and culture house in a bathhouse from 1909 in Christianshavn, run by an association. Its two-hour kurbad (300 kr) includes a sauna, a steam bath with salt scrub, a cold-water bucket and a cold tub, and the domed hammam hosts scrub treatments. Swimwear is compulsory, and Thursday from 16:00 is women only. Saunagus runs on Tuesday evenings (350 kr) from 11 August to 1 May, with a summer break.

Øbro-Hallen is a municipal swimming hall in Østerbro whose kurbad (spa bath) has a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, a traditional steam bath and a Roman caldarium, plus a 38°C jet spa pool, heated chairs, a light room and hot-cold foot baths. Tickets cover a two-hour timeslot including the rest of the hall, with its pools and large shared sauna. Changing rooms are separated by gender while the spa area is shared; the minimum age is 15.

The pass costs 995 DKK per person and comes with either a 200 DKK voucher for the restaurant or pool bar, or the Guldsmeden signature breakfast, plus a spa bag with kimono, slippers and towels. Access to the Jungle Gym can be added.
